 Alright competitors, the power is up for grabs! In each round, you will be presented with a gif containing scrolling letters. These letters form a phrase. The phrase is in backwards order in the letters. For instance, if you saw the letters NEHCEILUJ flash by, the answer would be JULIE CHEN.
